An Associate of Bekdon Richards Estate Agents and an accredited Auctioneer by his mid-20s, Jonathan Graham gives lie to the image of the unhurried easy-going country boy. Born and bred on the Murray River at Tocumwal, Jonathan has moved fast since completing his time as a boarder at Xavier College and choosing a career in real estate in the early 2000s. Highly competitive and driven to succeed in this fast-paced industry, Jonathan consistently achieves smooth, stress-free sales and routinely exceeds his clients expectations. At the same time, he works tirelessly to accrue stellar results - for a time holding the record for Kew’s highest per square metre sale.

With a relaxed and open approach, Jonathan is a natural networker and an enthusiastic socialiser. “Growing up in the country you learn to get along with people of all walks of life …and you learn quickly that the best way to get along is to be open, honest and straightforward.” But this relaxed attitude hides an intensely competitive nature. “Whether it’s in sport or in business, second place is no place for me,” he says. “I simply don’t like losing and I don’t like seeing my clients settle for second best. Once the Reserve is set nothing stands in my way of achieving it or exceeding it.”

Young and energetic, Jonathan is married to his job with a 24 hour-a-day, 7-day-a week commitment. “The feedback I get from my clients is that I’m able to work harder, longer, faster and more efficiently than most. It’s what my clients expect, and it’s what I do to achieve their goals.” Clearly it’s an approach that his clients appreciate. With many repeat clients and a strong referral rate, Jonathan is renowned for his ability to deliver the consistent level of service of his clients’ dreams.

A country boy at heart and a Xavier boy by education, Jonathan is a local boy by inclination. Well-entrenched in the Eastern Suburbs since boarding at Kew, Jonathan remains involved with his school as a committee member and apart of the Old Xaverians …even if his plans to play football for the Old Boys had to be sacrificed to Saturday open-for-inspections. One thing that hasn’t given way to a life of real estate is Jonathan’s passion for motor sports, water sports and spending precious free time at the local dog parks with his Pug, Porsche.
