Aidan Carter brings broad experience and boundless energy to the Bekdon Richards team. Born in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Aidan has had a dynamic career in operational management and stakeholder engagement that has taken him all over Australia and abroad. Aidan's return to his roots in Melbourne's East is driven by a passion for property and an affinity for the Bekdon Richard's approach.

A property investor since his early 20s, Aidan has a natural intuition for the market and real empathy for others on their own property journey. Whether it's helping fellow investors or those searching for a place to call home, Aidan is committed to delivering great results and an even greater experience. Balancing youthful engagement with worldly experience, Aidan brings a rare level of competence and enthusiasm to every situation that is thrown his way. Always energetic and endlessly tenacious, Aidan is ready to go the extra-mile for his clients.

Finding a similar outlook at Bekdon Richards, he knew he'd found a workplace with the same values and commitment as his own. "I wanted to make the step into the industry with the right people," says Aidan. "At Bekdon Richards I knew I'd found my team. Paul and Evan's forward-leaning approach, their focus on transparency, and their commitment to accountability were all perfectly in line with my own approach." It also helped that Bekdon Richards have recorded some of the strongest results in the local area. "I'm hungry for success for my vendors and myself, so moving into a high-achieving environment was also a top priority," says Aidan.

Aidan's enjoyment of travel is not just limited to work. His passion for new experiences and meeting new people sees him exploring the world whenever he can. But when he is back in Melbourne Aidan can be found enjoying the city's cosmopolitan lifestyle and going to the footy with his wife Simone. But above all else Aidan is firmly grounded in the Eastern suburbs, its property and its people.
