With a background in the fitness industry and a continued interest in sports and training, Chloe Braidner is a high-energy property manager with an active approach. Following in the footsteps of her former-real estate agent mother, Chloe has been quick to set her own path in this fast-paced industry with commitment and determination.
Always on the go, Chloe is available to take calls, follow up on requests and provide an active approach to the management of her client's investments. On the front foot at all times, Chloe is adept at moving on challenges before they become problems. "Successful property management revolves around recognising potential problems and finding timely solutions,' says Chloe. "Whether it's fixing a leak before it brings down a ceiling, or following up on late rent before it becomes a default, the best solution is a quick solution!"
For Chloe, finding those solutions means being always focused on her landlords and their tenants. Available to deal with on-going issues at any time, Chloe has the energy to support her landlords, enhance relationships with their tenants and address maintenance issues whenever needed. With a significant portfolio of over a hundred properties to manage, it's just as well that Chloe's energy levels are high - as she manages a spread of properties from the CBD, to the outer northern suburbs plus a broad range of local homes.
Educated at Box Hill Senior College (where a high-level music program saw her move on to record singles with producers in the United States), Chloe is based in the Yarra Valley where her active life encompasses a love of the great outdoors... and an appreciation for the commute that many of her further-flung tenants endure. Whether keeping up with her own fitness, keeping in touch with landlords and tenants, or keeping on top of the many needs of her properties, this energetic property manager is always pro-active!
