Born into a high-achieving sporting household, Grace Purchase's focus has always been on achieving goals and following through for the win. Inspired by a passion for the industry and the real estate success of a close family member, Grace's energetic approach to property has seen her make headway in the industry before being head-hunted to join the Bekdon Richards team.
A pro-active approach informs everything that Grace does. Always on the go, Grace's natural enthusiasm for the industry and her clients' properties motivates tenants and brings real benefits to her clients. "Friends and family have always said I had the perfect personality for real estate," says Grace. "Making people feel at home comes naturally ...so it's easy to follow that through into conversations that qualify potential tenants and allow me to make frank and fair recommendations to our landlords."
When she's not on-site engaging with tenants, Grace puts her energy into ensuring a seamless process behind the scenes. Whether it's following through on the necessary paperwork or catching up on calls, Grace's ability to communicate quickly, calmly and cordially ensures her clients win the best tenant every time.
Outside work, Grace moves from achieving the goal of finding the perfect tenant to shooting and kicking goals on the sporting field. Following in the steps of her professional basketballer-father, Grace is dedicated to staying on the move - playing Australian Rules football at Old Xavierians and high-grade basketball. It all adds up to an endlessly energetic life that gives Grace her winning edge at work and play!
