Energetic, enthusiastic and extraordinarily well-organised, Briana Caspani-Muto is an invaluable 'front-person'... who adds real value behind the scenes as well. The welcoming face at the Bekdon Richards' reception desk, Briana also provides outstanding back-office support; maintaining the paperwork, doing the legwork and making sure communication runs like clockwork.

With early studies in Health Sciences and a first career in the retail industry, Briana is a true 'people-person" who is equally adept at accommodating vendors, landlords, potential buyers and future tenants. "No two days are the same in the front office," says Briana. "Whether it's congratulating a vendor on their recent sale, helping buyers get the information they need, handing over rental information to tenants, or scanning a lease for one of our landlords, there's always someone new to meet and something fresh to learn."

In such a fast-paced office Briana's exemplary organisational skills are called into play every day. Naturally energetic and highly averse to being bored, Briana finds that providing support for our sales and property management teams keeps her in the loop of client interactions ...and makes her a great go-to person for our team and their clients. "I may not have all the answers every day. But if I don't I have direct access to the people who do!" says Briana.

This same can-do approach characterises Briana's out of work hours too. Close to family and surrounded by friends, Briana's active lifestyle is focused on social events, sporting activities and, often, a combination of both. But whether it's catching up in a sporty social environment or kicking back around the family dinner table, Briana's welcoming outlook and relaxed approach guarantees everyone feels at home!
