A real estate professional since the turn of the millennium, Matty Marinakis is a Senior Property Manager of wide experience, exceptional expertise and rare wisdom. One of the most highly credentialed property managers in the south-eastern corridor, Matty's background in commercial and residential real estate provides a broad perspective that allows her clients to benefit from with strong local knowledge and high-level management skills.
Over the years Matty has managed every type of property, from one bedroom apartments to multi-million dollar family homes; this experience often sees her in charge of multi-dwelling portfolios and multi-apartment development for large-scale investors. However, Matty's focus is not only on larger portfolios, she brings the same meticulous approach to every property she manages.
"No matter how old, new, large or small the property is, it gets the same priority and receives the same un-dividing attention under my management," says Matty. Married to a real estate sales manager and the doting mother of two young children, Matty's life outside of real estate revolves around family ...with a little bit of tennis and a lot of music thrown in. But at heart they are a "real estate family" says Matty. "Although they're only little, the kids are fascinated and interested in real estate too. They watch only the best renovation makeover shows and have quite discerning taste when it comes to open-for-inspections!"
