A Civil Engineering graduate with 20 years' experience marketing IT infrastructure to small and medium business, John Ke is a uniquely qualified agent with a refined appreciation for architecture, a strategic view of marketing, and a strong awareness of the importance of systems and technology.
With a business approach formed in the world of Information Technology, it's no surprise that John brings a methodical and highly-organised approach to all his sales. "As a member of the Chinese community at home and abroad, I am strongly positioned to explore every opportunity for my clients' properties," he says. "It's very rewarding to match buyers from different backgrounds with local vendors and vice-versa. Vendors who are not clearly and astutely communicating to Asian buyers are doing themselves a disservice.
